Eligibility for Returns

  • The product has not been used or opened and is in its original packaging.

Returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Items requiring special storage (e.g., cold-chain products) and any other items specified as non-returnable.

  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence.

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
  • EvoNem Jumla reserves the right to authorise or decline returns based on the circumstances.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • If you paid "on delivery," refunds will be arranged via bank transfer or mobile money.
  • EvoNem Jumla reserves the right to refuse refunds for products not meeting the return criteria.
  • Certain products may be non-refundable, and this will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • Replacement items will be shipped as soon as the returned product is received and approved.
